ผู้พิการ และ ความเหลื่อมล้ำ ดูเหมือนจะเป็นสิ่งที่อยู่คู่กันในสังคมอย่าหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ ถึงแม้รัฐบาลพยายามที่จะลดความเหลื่อมล้ำดงกล่าวมาโดยตลอด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความพยายามในการจัดสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับผู้พิการ มีนโยบายจัดตั้งกรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ผู้พิการเข้าถึงสิทธิ สวัสดิการอย่างเท่าเทียมทั่วถึง และเป็นธรรม แต่นอกเหนือไปจากความไม่ทั่วถึงของสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆ ที่รัฐพยายามจัดให้ ลักษณะของความพิการก็เป็นปัจจัยหนึ่งที่ทำให้การเข้าถึงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆ ที่รัฐพยายามจัดให้ ลักษณะของความพิการก็เป็นปัจจัยหนึ่งที่ทำให้การเข้าถึงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดังกล่าวเป็นไปได้อย่างจำกัด โดยเฉพาะความพิการทางสายตา สำหรับผู้พิการทางสายตานอกจากจะได้รับความเหลื่อมล้ำทางสังคมเช่นเดียวกับผู้พิการทางด้านอื่น ๆ แล้ว ยังมีข้อจำกัดด้านการมองเห็นทำให้โอกาสในการรับรู้และเข้าใจในสรรพสิ่งต่าง ๆ เป็นไปอย่างมีขอบเขตจำกัด แม้กระทั่งการไปเที่ยวพักผ่อนหย่อนในหรือการศึกษาหาความรู้เชิงสันทนาการ เช่น การไปเยี่ยมชมสวนสัตว์ ก็ยังมีความยากลำบากกว่าผู้พิการด้านอื่น ๆ องค์การสวนสัตว์แห่งประเทศไทย เป็นรัฐวิหาสกิจ สังกัดกระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ได้รับนโยบายจากรัฐบาลให้เร่งจัดทำสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับผู้พิการ อย่างไรก็ตาม จากกรณีศึกษาองค์การสวนสัตว์เปิดเขาเขียวจะเห็นว่า ทางสวนสัตว์เปิดเขาเขียวและองค์การสวนสัตว์แห่งประเทศไทย ได้มีความพยายามในการให้จัดสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้พิการในการเยี่ยมชมสัตว์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการทำทางลาด คำอธิบายในรูปแบบอักษรเบรลล์ ภาพนูต่ำ หรืออุปกรณ์ให้คำอธิบายเสียงตามจุดเยี่ยมชมบางจุด ซึ่งบ้างก็มีความชำรุดใช้การไม่ได้ เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า จำนวนผู้พิการที่มาเข้าเยี่ยมชมสวนสัตว์เปิดเขาเขียวในแต่ละปีมีจำนวนมากกว่า 2,000 คน และมักจะมาเป็นหมู่คณะที่จัดโดยโรงเรียนสอนคนตาบอดมากกว่าการมาส่วนตัวแบบครอบครัว โดยในการมาเยี่ยมชมเป็นหมู่คณะนี้ทางสวนสัตว์ฯ จะจัดให้มีผู้นำชมเฉพาะกลุ่มแต่ก็ยังมีข้อจำกัดนานาประการในการเยี่ยมชม ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเข้าถึง การรับรู้และความเข้าใจถึงขนาด รูปร่าง จุดเด่น ของสัตว์ประเภทต่าง ๆ ซึ่งจะต้องใช้ประสาทสัมผัสด้านการมองเห็นเป็นหลัก

Agricultural products and by-products are important raw materials in various industries including cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Agro-based fibers have the composition, properties and structure that make them suitable for uses as composite-cosmetic industry. Upon microwave digestion, cellulose have been successfully synthesized into nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC) with lengths from 50-1000 nm, widths between 5-70 nm. Nanocrystalline cellulose was grafted with cosmetic active ingredients such as glycerin), sodium hyaluronate), glycolic acid, and nicotinamide. The beauty active ingredients attached nanocelluloses can penetrate through the skin to enhance beauty and youth.

In the development of high protein jasmine rice products, hydrocolloids, HPMC at 0, 0.25, 0.5 and 1% w/v and MD at 10% w/v were used. This hydrocolloid contained 30% w/v dissolved protein and was coated with raw jasmine rice. It was found that different amounts of HPMC affected the adhesion of proteins in rice. Then, the hydrocolloid with the best adhesion, 0.25% w/v, was used to find the optimum amount for coating rice at ratios of 1:3 and 1:5, which affected protein content, texture, color, water retention and sensory acceptability.

This cooperative education project aims to enhance speed and facilitate the verification process for stock issuance, transfers, distributions, and receipts in the warehouse. The primary focus is to address issues related to wasted time and delays in operational processes. Through analysis, it was found that SAP, the current system, involves complex processes requiring specialized expertise. Although the company has developed the iWarehouse system to improve efficiency, delays and procedural complexity persist. To resolve these challenges, Power BI was utilized to visualize data related to stock issuance, transfers, distributions, and receipts, allowing warehouse staff to work more efficiently by minimizing waste and accelerating processes. Additionally, Power Automate was integrated to automate the processing of received stock numbers from emails, reducing errors and delays caused by manual data entry. The results of this improvement indicate a significant increase in employee efficiency and a noticeable reduction in wasted time. Upon project completion, the findings and development approach will be provided to the company for further enhancement.
