The process of treating cancer patients in the chemotherapy department at Chonburi Cancer Hospital is complicated and inconvenient due to the procedure of submitting blood test results through the personal LINE application of medical staff, which hinders workflow efficiency. Therefore, the researcher has developed a cancer patient management and tracking program in the form of a web-based application and LINE LIFF (LINE Front-end Framework) application to facilitate both medical personnel and patients. The web-based application is designed for medical personnel to monitor, schedule, and collect patient data, while the LINE application is designed for patients to submit blood test results, view appointment schedules, record symptoms after chemotherapy, log their weekly weight, and access a chatbot for consultation. This system is developed based on client-server technology, which enhances data analysis efficiency and supports automated treatment planning. As a result, the cancer treatment process becomes faster, more modern, and more efficient.
ในแต่ละปีคนไทยมีอัตราการเสียชีวิตจากโรคมะเร็งเป็นสาเหตุอันดับต้น ๆ ของประเทศ และมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นในทุกปี การรักษาโรคก็มีหลากหลายวิธีขึ้นกับระยะและอาการของโรค เช่น การรักษาด้วยการผ่าตัด การรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัด การรักษาด้วยการฉายรังสี เป็นต้น โดยขั้นตอนการรักษาผู้ป่วยมะเร็งของแผนกเคมีบำบัดของโรงพยาบาลมะเร็งชลบุรี มีขั้นตอนดังนี้ พยาบาลทำการแนะนำให้ผู้ป่วยทำการตรวจเลือดจากโรงพยาบาลใกล้บ้านผู้ป่วย จากนั้นให้ส่งผลตรวจมาทางช่องทางไลน์แอพพลิเคชันส่วนตัวของเจ้าหน้าที่ของโรงพยาล หรือพยาบาล หลังจากนั้นแพทย์จะดำเนินการทำการวินิจฉัยก่อนเข้าการรักษาตามแผนการรักษา ซึ่งแผนการรักษา แพทย์และเภสัชกรได้ทำการแจ้งให้ผู้ป่วยทราบล่วงหน้าเรียบร้อย รวมทั้งสูตรยาเคมีบำบัด ระยะเวลาการรักษาและการปฏิบัติ กับผู้ป่วยมะเร็ง จากขั้นตอนดังกล่าวส่งผลให้การรักษาของทางโรงพยาบาลมะเร็งชลบุรี เกิดความไม่คล่องตัว จากประเด็นดังต่อไปนี้ ประการแรกข้อมูลผลเลือดมักจะไม่ถูกบันทึกลงฐานข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ประการที่สองการนัดหมายทำเคมีบำบัดมีความคลาดเคลื่อนกับผู้ป่วยที่ต้องการเลื่อนนัดหรือผลเลือดไม่ผ่าน จากการวินิจฉัยของแพทย์ ประการที่สามการบันทึกผลการรักษาไม่ถูกจัดเก็บอย่างเป็นระบบยากต่อการวินิจฉัยถึงผลการรักษาของผู้ป่วย จากปัญหาดังกล่าวส่งผลให้การวิจัยและพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลผู้ป่วยเกิดได้อย่างล่าช้า ผู้วิจัยจึงทำการพัฒนาโปรแกรมสำหรับบริหารจัดการผู้ป่วยมะเร็งและติดตามผู้ป่วยมะเร็ง โดยพัฒนาในรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน (web-based application) และแอปพลิเคชันภายในแพลตฟอร์มไลน์ LINE LIFF (LINE Front-end Framework) สำหรับผู้ป่วยด้วยโรคมะเร็ง เพื่อสนับสนุนบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ และผู้ป่วย โดยระบบถูกแบ่งออกเป็นสองส่วนหลัก กล่าวคือ ระบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน ถูกใช้งานโดยบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ เพื่อติดตาม นัดหมาย และทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเของผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารักษาของแผนกเคมีบำบัด โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งชลบุรี ส่วนระบบโมบายแอปพลิเคชัน สำหรับผู้ป่วยเพื่อทำส่งผลการตรวจเลือดให้กับแพทย์ แสดงตารางการนัดหมายเพื่อทำการรักษาของแผนกเคมีบำบัด และการบันทึกอาการระหว่างและหลังการรับเคมีบำบัด

This project focuses on developing a work tracking system for team members. Python is used to extract data from Excel files and import it into a SQL Server database for systematic data management. The system includes a function to notify task status via LINE and displays reports via Power BI, allowing supervisors to track progress and evaluate team members' performance efficiently. Additionally, the system helps promote work and time management skills for team members.
