Clean Fuel Vehicle Performance Test Service Unit provides performance and efficiency testing services for electric vehicles and vehicles using petroleum fuels, including being a prototype for research projects on clean fuel energy that is environmentally friendly. The main testing tools are the Chassis Dynamometer and the Engine Combustion Exhaust Analyzer. The service unit provides measurement and testing services in accordance with the announcement of the Department of Land Transport on determining the power of electric motors used to drive vehicles according to the Motor Vehicle Act B.E. 2563 for all types of electric vehicles, such as modified electric motorcycles, modified electric tuk-tuks, and modified electric cars, etc.
เนื่องจากในปัจจุบันมีการเจริญเติบโตทางด้านอุตสาหกรรม เทคโนโลยี เศรษฐกิจ การขนส่ง และการคมนาคมเป็นอย่างมาก ทำให้มีการใช้รถยนต์สำหรับการคมนาคมและขนส่งอย่างมากมาย ทั้งรถยนต์นั่งส่วนบุคคล และรถยนต์นั่งสาธารณะ เช่น รถแท็กซี่และรถตุ๊กๆนั่นเอง ซึ่งจากข้อมูลเมื่อปี 2556 ในกรุงเทพมหานคร มีรถแท็กซี่ประมาณ 120,000 คัน ในจำนวนนี้มีรถแท็กซี่ที่จดทะเบียนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 108,616 คัน แต่มีรถแท็กซี่ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบมาตรฐานคุณภาพตัวรถตามที่กรมการขนส่งทางบกกำหนด จำนวน 24,859 คัน หรือคิดเป็น 23 % ของจำนวนรถแท็กซี่ที่จดทะเบียนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครเท่านั้น ทั้งนี้ในอนาคตอันใกล้ กลุ่มรถยนต์นั่งส่วนบุคคล และรถยนต์นั่งสาธารณะเหล่านี้จะถูกผลักดันจากนโยบายสนับสนุนของรัฐบาลให้เปลี่ยนมาเป็นรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าในจำนวนมาก เพื่อมาแทนยานยนต์ที่ใช้เชื้อเพลิงจากน้ำมันซึ่งจะเป็นแนวทางในการลดการนำเข้าน้ำมันดิบจากต่างประเทศ และช่วยลดมลพิษไอเสียที่เกิดขึ้นมาจากเครื่องยนต์สันดาปภายในเหล่านั้น ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการเกิดภาวะโลกร้อน (Global warming) โดยตรง ดังนั้นยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าปริมาณมากมายที่จะถูกนำมาใช้งานจริงบนท้องถนนต้องผ่านการตรวจสอบและทดสอบสมรรถนะอย่างถูกต้องตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานจากกรมการขนส่งทางบกโดยตรง หรือจากหน่วยบริการวิชาการเฉพาะทางด้านการทดสอบสมรรถนะยานยนต์เชื้อเพลิงสะอาดที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้เป็นผู้แทนตรวจสภาพรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าได้ จึงเป็นมูลเหตุให้มีการจัดตั้งหน่วยบริการวิชาการเฉพาะทางด้านการทดสอบสมรรถนะยานยนต์เชื้อเพลิงสะอาดขึ้น เพื่อรองรับการการตรวจสอบและทดสอบสมรรถนะยานยนต์ไฟฟ้าตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานจากกรมการขนส่งทางบก ซึ่งขณะนี้หน่วยบริการวิชาการเฉพาะทางด้านของเราได้มีความร่วมมือจากคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ วิทยาลัยนานาชาติและหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน อาทิเช่น กรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม ภาค 5, บริษัท ไทยคิงมอเตอร์ อินโนเวชั่น จำกัด, บริษัท เอ็ส บี เอ็ม เอ็นจิเนี่ยริ่ง จำกัด, บริษัท ช่วยราม เอ็นจิเนี่ยริ่ง จำกัด และสมาคมการค้ารถสามล้อส่วนบุคคล และมอเตอร์ไซค์ไฟฟ้า เพื่อสนับสนุนการตรวจสอบและทดสอบสมรรถนะยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า เช่น บริการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพกำลังงาน ประสิทธิภาพการเผาไหม้และค่าไอเสียของรถยนต์สันดาปภายใน รถยนต์นั่งสาธารณะ(รถแท็กซี่)ในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยเฉพาะในเขตลาดกระบัง นอกจากนี้ยังจะเป็นการบูรณาการการศึกษาสำหรับการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชา 05106335 หน่วยปฏิบัติการทางอุตสาหกรรมปิโตรเคมี ของภาควิชาเคมี คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ ที่มีสาระสำคัญมุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เรียนได้รับการเรียนรู้การถ่ายโอนโมเมนตัม การไหลของอากาศ การดุลมวล โมเมนตัมและพลังงาน รายวิชาด้าน Software and Automotive Engineering ของภาควิชาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ และวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ ได้เข้าเรียนรู้ และฝึกงานที่หน่วยบริการวิชาการเฉพาะทางด้านการทดสอบสมรรถนะยานยนต์เชื้อเพลิงสะอาด เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนที่จะออกไปทำงานจริง ดังนั้น การเพิ่มพูนความรู้และประสบการณ์ในรายวิชาที่กำลังศึกษาจึงมีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างยิ่งต่อการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ในเชิงปฏิบัติได้เป็นอย่างดี

The AfterDay Horizon project is a two-player survival game developed to raise awareness of the impact of climate change. It leverages Virtual Reality (VR) technology and a website as gaming platforms. In the game, players experience a world where civilization has collapsed due to global warming, forcing the remaining population to live in bunkers to avoid environmental dangers. AfterDay Horizon focuses on collaboration between the two players to complete various missions that help the bunker’s inhabitants survive as long as possible. These missions are designed to encourage teamwork and decision-making in challenging scenarios, while also raising awareness of the potential consequences of climate change if left unresolved. Preliminary testing of the game showed that players successfully completed the missions and worked well together. However, some missions were complex and time-consuming, indicating areas for improvement to enhance the overall enjoyment and gameplay experience.

In the digital era, Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a crucial role in developing smart cities and enhancing business operations. Among AI-driven technologies, AI Vision Analytics has gained significant attention for Access Control Systems (ACS) and Consumer Behavior Analytics. This research focuses on integrating AI Access Control and AI Video Analytics to examine factors influencing Technology Adoption Behavior using the UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2) framework. Key factors assessed include Trust in Technology, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Performance Expectancy, which impact users’ willingness to adopt AI-driven security and analytics solutions. The study also includes a real-world implementation of AI Vision Analytics at KMITL EXPO, where an AI-powered Access Control System and AI Video Analytics are deployed. The collected data is analyzed to identify trends in AI adoption for business management and security enhancement. The findings provide valuable insights for businesses and organizations to optimize AI Vision Analytics for enhancing security management and digital marketing strategies.

The development of an urban agriculture card game aims to promote learning about urban farming through an engaging and enjoyable gameplay experience.
