The project to develop data storage system and tracking customer system for Shipnity Company Limited is aimed at improving the Customer Success team record and monitor customer interactions daily more efficiently. This system will make it convenient, fast, and significantly more effective than the previous method of storing customer information in Microsoft Excel.
The project was assigned by the mentor and the team lead to develop data storage system and tracking customer system for the company. This system consists of two main interfaces. First is the Customer information Form page (Ci Form Page), used for entering essential information and creating cases for tracking customer issues. Second is the Ticket Page, which displays all cases that need to be tracked for each customer. These two pages were developed to facilitate the work of the Customer Success team, making it more efficient and allowing for a better analysis of individual team members' performance and issue identification. This has led to increased overall team efficiency, making the team support and response to customer inquiries better.

Objective

เนื่องจากแต่เดิมนั้นทีม Customer Success ของบริษัทจะใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลของลูกค้าที่เข้ามาปรึกษา, สอบถาม และแจ้งปัญหาการใช้งานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆของทางบริษัท ไว้ใน Microsoft Excel ซึ่งการเก็บข้อมูลไว้ใน Microsoft Excel นั้นทำให้เกิดความยุ่งยากในการใช้งานและไม่ตอบโจทย์ในการใช้งานที่มากพอ ทั้งในเรื่องของฟีเจอร์ที่มีอยู่นั้นไม่ตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้, การมอบหมายงานต่างๆให้กับคนในทีม, การกรอกข้อมูลเคสของลูกค้า, การติดตามเคสที่มีอยู่ทั้งหมด, การวัดประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของแต่ละวันหรือแต่ละช่วงเวลา และรูปแบบการแสดงผลของข้อมูลที่มีอยู่ จึงได้มีการออกแบบและให้พัฒนาเว็บไซต์ระบบจัดเก็บข้อมูลและติดตามลูกค้าของบริษัทที่พัฒนาโดยใช้ Next.js มาพัฒนาในส่วนของเว็บไซต์ฝั่ง Frontend มาใช้ร่วมกับฝั่ง Backend ที่พัฒนาโดยใช้ Ruby on Rails และใช้ Apollo Client เป็นตัวกลางในการ Query Api ที่ต้องการ โดยมีจุดประสงค์ในการพัฒนาระบบเพื่อช่วยให้ทีม Customer Success นั้นทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ, สะดวก และตอบโจทย์การใช้งานที่มากขึ้น
