The urban society nowadays is necessary to be developed in parallel with the development of the quality of urban living. The city landscape needs to be clean and suitable for smart city policy development with underground electrical cable system. Thai government has decided to invest in underground cable system in some urban area however the transformers still be installed above ground because the risk of Bangkok flooding trouble. Chareonchai Transformer Co.,Ltd developed the new innovation "submersible transformer" with low carbon and energy saving together with KMUTT and German specialist. This new type of transformers can be operated under the 3 meters water level and interest to run the feasibility of Thai government potential on the underground electrical cable system.
