This project focuses on utilizing low-cost raw materials such as "Sapodilla" to produce traditional spirits with added value. The objective is not only to enhance the value of the product but also to attract tourists and establish it as a key element in drawing visitors. This initiative aims to boost tourism in Thailand, particularly in the province of Sukhothai, while creating employment opportunities for local communities and farmers. Through the innovative use of local resources in production, the project aims to contribute culturally and economically to the region, playing a role in generating long-term income and economic growth.

Objective

เนื่องจากเราได้พบว่าราคาของผลไม้ประจำจังหวัดสุโขทัยอย่าง “ละมุด” เกิดวิกฤตที่มีราคาตกต่ำลงอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงปัญหาของการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดสุโขทัยที่ไม่มีความโดดเด่นเหมือนจังหวัดท่องเที่ยวเมืองหลัก ดังนั้นเราจึงมีแนวคิดที่จะนำผลไม้ตัวนี้มาสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มของสินค้าภาคการเกษตร นำส่งออกไปขายในต่างประเทศหรือภายในประเทศให้กลายเป็นแม่เหล็กดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวให้มาเที่ยวในประเทศไทยของเรามากขึ้น
