This project presents a digital signage system through a computer network. The digital signage system was public-relations as digital on various display devices such as televisions, computers, smartphones, etc. The system was designed with the display template both horizontally and vertically. It could add a logo and urgent message by designing the display screen by creating program code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP. The public relations information was extracted from the designed database with an application programming interface (API). MySQL was used as a database management system. System users including administrators, public relations officers heads of the public relations department and public relations viewers have been designed and defined different usage duties according to roles.. The testing of the use found that it can be displayed on various devices as mentioned above able to work on displaying and promoting information at many points simultaneously.

Objective

การเผยแพร่ข้อมูล หรือการแจ้งข่าวสารต่าง ๆ เป็นเรื่องสำคัญมาก การแจ้งข่าวสารที่มีความรวดเร็ว ถูกต้อง และสามารถกระจายข้อมูลไปยังจุดต่าง ๆ อย่างรวดเร็ว และถูกต้องจึงเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญยิ่ง ซึ่งในปัจจุบันระบบการสื่อสารผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตเป็นสิ่งที่ทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึงได้เป็นปัจจัยพื้นฐาน ย่อมมีทั้งผลดี และผลเสีย ในแง่ของการกระจายข้อมูลข่าวสาร ซึ่งจะพบว่ามีการกระจายเฟคนิวส์ อย่างแพร่หลายเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจผิดให้กับผู้ที่ได้รับข้อมูลเหล่านั้น คณะผู้ทำโครงงานจึงมีแนวคิดในการพัฒนาระบบการประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ที่มีการรวบรวมข้อมูลไว้ที่ส่วนกลาง และกระจายข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องเหล่านี้อออกไปยังจุดต่าง ๆ สำหรับการแสดงผล ซึ่งจะได้รับข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องตรงกัน และมีความรวดเร็ว ลดปัญหาการบิดเบือนข้อมูล และการกระจายข้อมูลจากแหล่งที่ไม่น่าเชื่อถือลงได้
