Environmental Monitoring & Control Smart Signboard is the device which consists of two parts: [1] Smart Signboard which can display the required messages which can be programmed from the central server, and [2] environmental monitoring device which equipped with various sensors such as a temperature and humidity sensor, a PM2.5 sensor, etc. which all the collected data will be stored as log data. This Environmental Monitoring & Control Smart Signboard can also control external devices according to environmental conditions, such as, turning on the ventilation fan when the temperature exceeds a pre-programmed temperature, or turning on the air purifier when the level of PM2.5 is higher than certain limit. Furthermore, this device can control other electrical devices, such as air conditioner or room lightings, to be turned on and off according to a pre-programmed timetable as a part of Building Automation System and Power Management & Control System.

Objective

อุปกรณ์บันทึกสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีอยู่ ส่วนใหญ่จะทำหน้าที่เพียงวัดสภาวะแวดล้อมโดยไม่มีการบันทึกข้อมูล อุปกรณ์บันทึกสภาพแวดล้อมในส่วนที่สามารถบันทึกข้อมูล ก็มักจะทำหน้าที่เป็นอุปกรณ์เดี่ยว ไม่ได้ทำงานรวมกันหลายหน่วยเป็นระบบใหญ่เพื่อบันทึกข้อมูลหลายตำแหน่ง และแทบจะไม่มีอุปกรณ์บันทึกสภาพแวดล้อมใด ที่สามารถควบคุมอุปกรณ์ภายนอกที่สามารถแก้ไขสภาวะแวดล้อมในลักษณะที่เป็น Active Device รวมถึงการพัฒนาอุปกรณ์ และ Software ที่ใช้ในระบบ Building Automation และ ระบบ Power Management & Control ที่ควบคุมอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าต่าง ๆ
