This project presents the construction and study of the operation of a liquid filling machine using Programmable Logic Control (PLC) control this system (Controller) created to reduce the time to fill liquids into packaging. In the industrial production process, reducing the production time per job positively affects the business because more jobs can be added in the same amount of time. Objective

เนื่องจากเครื่องบรรจุของเหลวเป็นอุปกรณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมที่ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อให้การเติมสารของเหลวลงในบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่มีความแม่นยำและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงในการผลิตของหลายอุตสาหกรรม เช่น อาหาร เครื่องดื่ม ผลิตภัณฑ์เวชกรรม เภสัชกรรม และอื่นๆ สำหรับความแม่นยำในปริมาณที่เติมลงในแต่ละบรรจุภัณฑ์ เครื่องบรรจุของเหลวจึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในกระบวนการบรรจุสารผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้วยการบูรณาการนำหน่วยควบคุมเชิงตรรก (Programmable logic Control: PLC) มาใช้ในการควบคุมการบรรจุของเหลวลงบรรจุภัณฑ์ เนื่องจากหน่วยควบคุมเชิงตรรกมีความยืดหยุ่นสูง มีความทนทานต่อสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีกว่า มีอายุใช้งานที่นานกว่า และง่ายต่อการบำรุงรักษามากกว่า Microcontroller โดยทั่วไป รวมถึงความเสียหายต่ออุปกรณ์เมื่อระบบเกิดความผิดพลาดเนื่องจาก Input และ Output ของ PLC จะแยกจากระบบหลักไม่ได้เชื่อมต่อกับ Controller ภายในโดยตรง หรือเป็นระบบแบบ Isolated
