Project:Wave Field Synthesis 
Our project is DSP (Digital signal processing). DSP is software that manage signal (Sound signal).Wave field Synthesis is one of Spatial Audio base on created waves. It is a system that reconstructs the virtual position of the sound origin from the interference of new wavefronts(virtual sounds source) for realistic sound in space and volume. This system more realistic sounds more than stereo or binaural system

Objective

แรงบันดาลใจในการทำโปรเจค Wave Field Synthesis DSP เกิดจากที่ทางคณะผู้จัดทำได้มีโอกาสไปฟังคอนเสิร์ตตามงานต่างๆค่อนข้างบ่อย ซึ่งคอนเสิร์ตส่วนใหญ่ระบบเสียงจะเป็นแบบระบบ Stereo LR  (แยกซ้ายขวา)
ซึ่งมีข้อเสียคือ Sweet spot ซึ่งคือจุดฟังที่สามารถแยกซ้ายขวาได้ดีจะมีพื้นที่ที่ค่อนข้างแคบ ทำให้ผู้ฟังได้รับการฟังที่แตกต่างกันออกไปในแต่ละจุด บางจุดจะแยกซ้ายขวาได้ไม่ดีเท่ากับตำแหน่ง Sweet- spot ซึ่งระบบ WFS จะเข้ามาช่วยแก้ปัญหาเรื่อง Sweet spot ทำให้ผู้ฟังได้ประสบการณ์การฟังที่ใหม่และมีความใกล้เคียงกันในการแยกตำแหน่งของเสียงในทุกจุดมากขึ้น
