Innovation in chicken egg quality inspection: Developing a system to analyze the quality of eggs quickly, accurately, and statistically soundly, utilizing Image Processing and Machine Learning technologies to assist in identifying eggs with cracks. This can enhance accuracy, reduce the number of personnel in the production process, decrease inspection time, and minimize direct contact with chicken eggs

Objective

Egg Crack Detection ได้ประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี Image Processing และ Machine Learning เผื่อเข้ามาช่วยในการคัดแยกไข่ไก่ที่ร้าวและไม่ร้าว ในระดับที่สายตามนุษย์ไม่สามารถแยกความแตกต่างได้ โดยเข้าเข้าไปอยู่ในกระบวนการๆฟักไข่ไก่เนื้อในส่วนของ การตรวจสอบไข่ไก่ก่อนเข้าห้องฟัก และภายหลังจากเข้าห้องฟักที่สามารถระบุบได้ว่าไข่ฟองใดมีเชื้อซึ่งจะฟักออกมาเป็นลูกเจี๊ยบได้
