การออกแบบสวนสาธารณะพื้นที่ 54 ไร่ในธีมจังเกิล ตั้งอยู่ภายในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ เป็นการนำสวนสาธารณะที่ใช้ในการเดินวิ่งและจัดกิจกรรมเข้าค่ายหรือกิจกรรมลูกเสือมาก่อน ให้เพิ่มความเป็นป่าจังเกิลและสถานที่เล่นกิจกรรมโลดโผนอาทิ สะพานเชือก โหนสลิง จักรยานวิบาก และมีการเพิ่มพื้นที่เพิ่มเติมอย่าง บ้านต้นไม้ โซนตั้งแคมป์ ลานอเนกประสงค์ พื้นที่พักผ่อนรับคนและจัดกิจกรรมได้ลงไป หรือโซนด้านหน้าที่ทำเป็นโซนจุดพักรถที่สามารถใช้ได้ตลอดทั้งปี
