Black tea kefir mixed with herbs  is a prototype beverage product made using black tea and various herbs, including bael fruit juice, safflower juice, and ginger juice, fermented with probiotic microorganisms in the lactic acid bacteria group, Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces Yeast. It is classified as a functional beverage that uses plants as the main raw material (Plant base), which has a beneficial effect on consumers who are lactose intolerant. People who consume vegetarian food and people with other health problems who have limitations in consuming beverage products that use milk as the main ingredient.

เป็นการเพิ่มความหลากหลายให้กับเครื่องดื่มชาที่ผ่านการหมัก โดยใช้หลักการของเครื่องดื่มจากพืชที่ผ่านการหมักซึ่งเป็นเครื่องดื่มโพรไบโอติก และนำสมุนไพรพื้นบ้านมาใช้เป็นส่วนผสมในการผลิต ซึ่งเครื่องดื่มชนิดนี้ยังไม่มีการผลิตเพื่อจำหน่ายในท้องตลาด
