Thailand has long been a rice cultivator and is known as a major rice grower and one of the top 
rice exporters in the world. From the study, the needs of the customer indicated that that, instant rice mill 
machine should have special features such as small size, mobile, and inexpensive. The weakness of the 
instant rice machine is generally seen is the rice that comes out with late rice and broken rice. The 
production can get less rice than the big mill. Large mills use a small solid stone. While small mills 
typically use 6-sided cylindrical metal. This research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative 
research. The purpose is to 1) study and to produce Instant rice mill machines with innovations 2) To 
experiment mills machine with typical rice Dokkarm Rice and Lueng Pahtio Rice. And 3) to explore the 
satisfaction of 400 customers who use instant rice mills machines. Witch was sample used in this study. 
The instruments used in the study were instant rice mill machine, interview, questionnaire which tested 
validity and reliability by the evaluator. Data were collected by researchers and by engineers. The statistics 
used in this study were descriptive statistics where consisted of frequency, percentage, average and the 
standard deviation. The inferential statistics to test the hypotheses were t-test and F-test and multiple 
regression analysis and SEM for testing product innovation factors (Structure, application, quality and value) 
affecting on 8p's marketing mix. 
 The research finding found that: 1) Innovative mobile rice mill products for organic farmer farmers. 
It consists of four areas of innovation: product structure. Product Use the quality of the product and the 
value of the product 2) The results of the trial. The experimental rice was Lueang Pathio rice and Dokkarm 
Rice. The rice was originally from Chumporn Province. It was found that the production capacity of the 
instant rice mill is approximately 26kg/hr. while the paddy rice capacity is 500g. The machine power source 
consumption would be electric motor 24vdc 300W while the electric requirements would include an 
electric pot size 30A 24V. The machine total weight is about 12kg, which is considered quite little making it 
portable and more suitable for household use, as compared to other machines. Rice full 70% and Broken 
Rice 30%. Further, the innovated machine has a little body size as compared to previous developed 
domestic machines, as it total body size is 20 x 50 x 27 cm. The cost of building a rice mill 15,000 baht 3)

instant rice mill machine has a significant effect on the customers satisfaction on marketing mixes 7P’s

Objective

ประเทศไทยเป็นประเทศที่มีการปลูกข้าวเป็นเวลานานและเป็นที่รู้จักในฐานะผู้ปลูกข้าวรายใหญ่และ
เป็นหนึ่งในผู้ส่งออกข้าวอันดับต้นๆของโลก จากการศึกษาความต้องการของเกษตรกรระบุว่าเครื่องโรงสีข้าว
ควรมีคุณสมบัติพิเศษเช่น ขนาดเล็กใช้มือถือและราคาไม่แพง ความอ่อนแอของเครื่องสีข้าวเคลื่อนที่เป็นที่เห็น
ได้ทั่วไปคือข้าวที่มากับข้าวปลายและข้าวหัก การผลิตจะได้รับข้าวน้อยกว่าโรงงานใหญ่ โรงสีขนาดใหญ่ใช้หิน
แข็งขนาดเล็ก ในขณะที่โรงงานขนาดเล็กมักใช้โลหะทรงกระบอก 6 ด้าน
 ปัจจุบันเกษตรกรต้องจ่ายราคาข้าวเปลือกให้มีราคาแพงมาก ปัจจุบันราคา 20 บาทต่อกิโลกรัม 
จากนั้นเกษตรกรมีความต้องการเครื่องโรงสีข้าวที่เรียกว่าโรงงานครัวเรือน ราคาไม่ควรเกิน 16,000 บาท หากมี
การจัดตั้งโรงสีข้าวในชุมชนต้องใช้เงินอย่างน้อย 200,000 บาท จำเป็นต้องมีโรงสีข้าวเพื่อใช้ในครัวเรือน จาก
การสัมภาษณ์ (Sawmong, 2016) ความต้องการของเกษตรกร เครื่องโรงสีข้าวนี้ควรมีคุณสมบัติพิเศษเช่นมี
ช่องเก็บข้าวร าสามช่องแยกกัน ความอ่อนแอของเครื่องข้าวเคลื่อนที่เป็นที่เห็นได้ทั่วไปคือข้าวที่มากับข้าวปลาย
และข้าวหัก การผลิตจะได้รับข้าวน้อยกว่าโรงงานใหญ่ โรงสีขนาดใหญ่ใช้หินแข็งขนาดเล็ก ในขณะที่โรงงาน
ขนาดเล็กมักใช้โลหะทรงกระบอก 6 ด้าน
 จังหวัดชุมพรภูมิประเทศเหมาะส าหรับปลูกข้าวหลายชนิดและข้าวอินทรีย์เช่น ข้าวพันธุ์เหลืองปะทิว
และข้าวไร่พันธุ์ดอกขาม จังหวัดชุมพร โดยมีพื้นที่ปลูกข้าว ซึ่งมีเนื้อที่มากกว่า 3,413 ไร่ (ส านักงานเศรษฐกิจ
การเกษตร 2562) ดังนั้นจึงมีความต้องการขนาดใหญ่ส าหรับโรงสีข้าว ด้วยเหตุนี้งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อพัฒนาเครื่องสีข้าวเคลื่อนที่ ขนาดเล็ก และมีราคาที่เกษตรกรสามารถซื้อเพื่อใช้ในครัวเรือนและเพื่อการค้า
ในบางโอกาส เครื่องสีข้าวที่ได้จากการผลิต จะเป็นนวัตกรรมที่มุ่งเน้น นวัตกรรม 4 ด้านได้แก่ การใช้งาน 
โครงสร้าง คุณค่า และ ด้านคุณภาพ (Armstrong, 2018) 
 นวัตกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสีข้าวส าเร็จรูปพร้อมใช้งานส าหรับชาวนาเกษตรอินทรีย์ ชึ่งได้รับการ
ทดสอบเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของการผลิตข้าว ตัวอย่างเช่นเปอร์เซ็นต์ของข้าวหักสิ่งสกปรกที่เกิดจาก
กระแสไฟฟ้าและตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านการตลาดของธุรกิจและตอบสนองความต้องการของ
ผู้บริโภคในด้านความพึงพอใจต่อส่วนประสมทางการตลาด7P’s (Kotler and Keller 2012) ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 
ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product) ราคา (Price) การส่งเสรืมการตลาด (Promotion) ช่องทางการจัดจ าหน่าย 
(Place) พนักงาน (People) กระบวนการ(Process) สิ่งบ่งชี้ทางกายภาพ (Phiysical evident)
 ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงคิดค้นและมีแนวความคิดที่จะผลิตเครื่องสีข้าวส าเร็จรูปพร้อมใช้งานจึงเป็นทางเลือก
หนึ่งของเกษตรกรและผู้รักสุขภาพที่จะช่วยในการแปรรูปข้าวเปลือกมาเป็นข้าวสารที่หุงรับประทานเองในบ้าน 
จะได้ข้าวที่มีสารอาหารครบถ้วน ปราศจากสารเคมี ในปัจจุบันเครื่องสีข้าวส าเร็จรูปพร้อมใช้งานในประเทศไทย
ยังไม่ค่อยแพร่หลายมากนัก ส่วนมากจะเป็นเครื่องสีข้าวที่มีขนาดใหญ่และมีเสียงดัง ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงได้
ด าเนินการออกแบบและสร้างเครื่องสีข้าวส าเร็จรูปพร้อมใช้งาน เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการท างาน สีข้าว
ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว เหมือนเครื่องทำกาแฟในบ้านที่มีขนาดเล็ก จัดเก็บง่าย
