Due to feedback from customers who use trucks Regarding errors that occurred in the truck inspection process, we therefore wanted to improve the inspection process. It will focus on inspection documents that are important tools used in inspecting truck parts. The original inspection document had inspection topics that needed to be inspected and did not cover all truck parts. Therefore, it had to be improved by adding more detailed inspection topics and covering vehicle parts. All trucks and reduce the time spent in the inspection process from the original time which exceeded the set time and may cause inspection errors. By rearranging the inspection process to be more convenient. Then measure the time before and after the improvement. After the improvement, the time spent in the inspection process will be according to the set target. And because the inspection topics are more detailed. Data will be collected to detect problems that occur in the inspection process. It was found that after improving the inspection process, more problems could be found because the resolution of the inspection topics covered all truck parts. and can also correct suggestions from customers because no problems were found that were leaked to customers Can add value and confidence to the company.

ในปัจจุบันอุสาหกรรมยานยนต์เป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่มีความสำคัญและขับเคลื่อนศรษฐกิจในระบบอุสาหกรรมภายในประเทศให้เดินหน้าและพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องให้มุ่งสู่ระดับสากล บริษัทไทย-สวีดิช แอสเซมบลีย์ จํากัดต้องการที่จะปรับปรุงพัฒนากระบวนการการตรวจสอบชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์ จากข้อเสนอแนะของทางลูกค้าของยูดีทรัคส์ และทางแผนกไฟนอล โพดักส์ ออดิท ได้มีข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับข้อผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นกับชิ้นส่วนของรถยนต์จากการใช้งานจริงจากทางลูกค้าของยูดีทรัคส์เมื่อใช้งานไปในระยะเวลาหนึ่งพบว่าเกิดปัญหาขึ้นเกี่ยวกับชิ้นส่วนของรถยนต์  และอีกหนึ่งปัจจัยคือทางแผนกไฟนอล โพดักส์ ออดิทที่มีหน้าที่ทำการสุ่มตรวจรถยูดีทรัคส์หลังจากเสร็จสิ้นกระบวนการการผลิตโดยจะตรวจสอบอย่างละเอียด ทั้งที่เป็นชิ้นส่วนของรถยูดีทรัคส์ ฟังก์ชั่นการใช้งาน ตรวจช่วงล่างของรถยูดีทรัคส์ก่อนที่จะนำไปทดลองขับในระยะทาง 50 กิโลเมตร และตรวจสอบอีกครั้งทั้งหมดหลังจากทำการทดลองวิ่งในระยะทาง 50 กิโลเมตร ซึ่งพบว่าเกิดข้อผิดพลาดเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการการตรวจสอบ เนื่องจากทางผู้ตรวจสอบในแผนก Production Quality นั้นทำการตรวจพบไม่เจอปัญหา ซึ่งอาจจะเกิดจากทักษะความสามารถส่วนตัวของผู้ตรวจสอบ หรืออาจจะเกิดจากเอกสารการตรวจสอบ (Check sheet)นั้นไม่ละเอียดและมีประสิทธิภาพพอในการตรวจสอบให้ครอบคลุม และเนื่องด้วยอีกหนึ่งสาเหตุที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการตรวจสอบคือ เวลาที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์มีการใช้เวลาที่มากเกินเป้าหมายกำหนดจึงต้องทำการลดเวลาที่ใช้ในกระบวนการก่อน จึงจะสามารถเพิ่มหัวข้อในเอกสารตรวจสอบให้มีความละเอียดครอบคลุมมากยิ่งขึ้น
