This workshop introduces and trains participants to use the three most fundamental and crucial tools for systematically starting and planning a business: understanding the customer and product (VPC), visualizing the overall business model (BMC), and analyzing strengths/opportunities (SWOT). This is achieved through hands-on activities that can be applied to both business ideas and personal planning.
Key tools used:
- Value Proposition Canvas (VPC): Designing ideas to generate business concepts for creating new products or new business services that differentiate themselves from what is currently available in the market.
- Business Model Canvas (BMC): Designing the business model to visualize the possibilities of the overall business landscape (Possibilities New Business Model).
- SWOT Analysis (SWOT): Analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for new products and services.
Workshop Objectives:
- Participants will be able to identify Pains and Gains of customers to create new products or services that truly meet their needs, using the Value Proposition Canvas.
- Participants will be able to visualize the overall business possibilities for new products and services through a simulated business model.
- Participants will be able to comprehensively analyze the situation, including internal factors (Strengths/Weaknesses) and external factors (Opportunities/Threats), for new products and/or services using the SWOT analysis management tool.
- Participants will be able to systematically understand the overall business plan.
- Participants will gain a foundational understanding of entrepreneurial thinking and prepare for further study in business administration.
