The aim of this team software project is to develop a “room access control” system, to prevent unauthorized people from entering the room, monitor the room, and secure the room. Our project utilizes access control mechanisms such as NFC tags and face recognition to authenticate the user, with an LCD screen to indicate the status of the reader. The room manager can manage the room access control through a web admin dashboard, he/she can manage users, assign roles to users, assign roles to schedules, assign schedules to rooms, monitor the room activity through cameras and dashboard, get alerts when an unauthorized person accesses the room. A security measure will also be implemented to prevent some actions such as replay attacks. There will also be a camera that uses image processing to detect presence in order to decide if there is someone in the room, then if nothing is detected for a set amount of time the lightbulb and air conditioner will be turned off.

Objective

เนื่องจากห้อง co-working space ของมหาวิทยาลัยมีเพียงแม่กุญแจรหัสล็อคเท่านั้น ซึ่งใครๆ ก็สามารถปลดล็อคได้หากรู้รหัสผ่าน อาจารย์จะไม่สามารถรู้ได้ว่าบุคคลที่เข้ามาในห้องนั้นได้รับอนุญาตหรือไม่ และจะไม่รู้ว่าพวกเขาเข้าไปในห้องเมื่อใด ปัญหาอีกประการหนึ่งคือ นักเรียนจำนวนมากที่ใช้ห้องมักจะลืมปิดไฟหรือเครื่องปรับอากาศซึ่งทำให้เปลืองไฟ
